1. Acceptance

By authorizing or using JobPortal, you agree to these terms and the Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not authorize Gmail access and disconnect any existing authorization.

2. What JobPortal does

JobPortal discovers and organizes job listings from approved public employer sources and user-selected alert email. It may score, summarize, deduplicate, and track listings to support the user's own decisions.

JobPortal does not submit applications, contact employers, represent the user, guarantee listing availability, or guarantee employment, interviews, compensation, or any other outcome.

3. Your responsibility

You are responsible for reviewing every listing and recommendation, confirming accuracy with the employer, protecting access to your local device and cloud accounts, and deciding whether and how to apply. Do not use JobPortal to process another person's mailbox or personal data without their informed permission.

4. Third-party services

JobPortal links to and relies on third-party services, including Google, Microsoft Azure, job boards, and employer websites. Their terms and privacy practices govern your use of their services. JobPortal does not control whether a third-party listing remains accurate or available.

5. Availability and disclaimers

JobPortal is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis for personal use. To the fullest extent permitted by law, no warranty is made that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, complete, or suitable for a particular employment decision. You should maintain your own copies of information that matters to you.

6. Changes and termination

The service or these terms may change as JobPortal evolves. Material changes will be reflected by the updated date on this page. You may stop using the service at any time by disconnecting Google access and decommissioning the private environment.
